I share with you the recipe for Lemon Dessert, which I called Antonio and I am going to tell you why…

It was eleven at night, and my daughter called to tell us that she would like to invite some friends to lunch the next day, obviously we said yes!!

I got up early in the morning, and looked at what I had to do...

I started by making homemade bread, Homemade bread for the snack, and accompanying it with hummus Hummus bi tahini since it had chickpeas, but no tahini, just olive oil.

And since it was Sunday I saw first what I had for dessert, but luckily the applications are there and I ordered what I was missing, to make this dessert that does not need cooking, I put it at 10 in the morning in the refrigerator and at three in the afternoon it was ready to serve.

It was then after dinner, enjoying tea and dessert, when I looked and saw those friends laughing and remembering anecdotes, I remembered so many moments on that terrace, and in the midst of laughter and chatting, Antonio's little hands, savoring the dessert, and looking at me as if saying "Abu Glo, this is delicious", he tells me like that, and his mother (my daughter's friend), is a daughter that life gives me and shares unforgettable moments with Antonio.

I was excited to see that Antonio liked it, and enjoyed it, and I had no doubt that this would forever be Antonio's dessert, and don't be surprised if I continue making desserts for him and call them Antonio I, Antonio II, hahaha.
